Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you use this site and when you order from Aevryn Labs Pty Ltd.
1. Research use only
Everything Aevryn Labs Pty Ltd (trading as Aevryn Labs) sells is supplied strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory and analytical use. Nothing in the catalogue is intended for human consumption or for therapeutic, diagnostic or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for legitimate research purposes and nothing else.
2. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and located in Australia to order from this site. Placing an order is your representation that both are true.
3. Product information
We take care to describe, specify and price each product accurately. Where an error slips through, we reserve the right to correct it and to update product information without prior notice.
4. Orders and payment
Every order is subject to acceptance and to availability, and we may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Payment is taken through our payment providers over an encrypted connection.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia-wide by express courier. Any delivery time we quote is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Orders over $300 AUD ship free.
6. Returns and refunds
Because of the nature of what we sell, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or that differ from what was ordered. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if either applies. The Returns & Refund Policy sets out the process.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Aevryn Labs Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
