   Your tier follows your eligible lifetime spend: Member from $0, Silver from $1,000, Gold from $2,500, VIP from $5,000. An order that carries you over a threshold earns at the new rate itself, and you keep that tier. Tiers do not expire on a schedule.

4. Step 4

   Redeem your credit on future orders.

   Apply your available credit in the cart or at checkout. It comes off the merchandise total of that order before you pay.

What are rewards worth?

Rewards are credit towards future Aevryn Labs orders, shown in dollars. Behind the dollars, 100 points equal $5 of credit, so $20 is 400 points and $5 is 100 points. Credit is not cash and is not paid out.

How do the two bonuses work?

Creating an account adds $20 of credit to it once. Your first qualifying paid order adds a further $5 once, on top of the rewards that order earns at your tier's rate. Neither bonus is paid a second time, and an account created by guest checkout without registering does not receive them.

When do order rewards become available?

When the payment on the order has been captured, which for card payments is when the charge is confirmed. Until then the order shows no rewards. Credit you used to pay for an order does not itself earn rewards, and shipping is not part of the eligible amount.

How are tiers calculated?

Your tier is set by your eligible lifetime spend: the GST-inclusive merchandise total of your paid orders, after discounts and any credit applied, less any amounts refunded. Member earns 5% from $0; Silver earns 6.25% from $1,000; Gold earns 7.5% from $2,500; VIP earns 10% from $5,000. An order's own spend counts: an order that carries you over a threshold earns at the new rate itself, and you hold that tier from then on. The cart shows how much more an order needs to reach the next tier. A refund can reduce lifetime spend and move you back a tier. Tiers have no scheduled expiry.

How does redemption work?

In the cart or at checkout, apply your available credit and it comes off the merchandise total of that order. You can apply up to your available balance, up to the merchandise total of the cart, and up to the cart total. The credit is set aside the moment you apply it and returned to your balance if you remove it before ordering.

How do refunds affect rewards?

A refund reverses the same share of the rewards the order earned: a full refund reverses them all, a half refund reverses half. The same share of any credit you applied to the order is returned to your balance, and the refunded amount leaves your eligible lifetime spend. If rewards from a refunded order have already been spent, your balance can go below zero until later rewards cover it, and credit cannot be applied while it is. The VIP tier is the top tier.

• The joining credit of $20 and the first-order credit of $5 are each awarded once per account.
